CB02.06.270 & 280

Adobe Photoshop is the industry standard in graphics editing, used for creating and enhancing photographs, illustrations, and artwork. With Photoshop you can compose, edit, and manipulate images across multiple layers using masks, transparencies, and colour spaces. Photoshop now incorporates the powerful Adobe AI software which lets you create and manipulate images via text input.

This 1-hour session is perfect for beginners to Photoshop or for those who already have a basic understanding of the program. We will explain the basics of the Photoshop interface as well as completing some class exercises.

Working with a professional graphic designer you will learn how to :

  • Utilize Adobe Neural Filters to easily transform Black and White images to colour.
  • Remove and edit images using the new Contextual taskbar.
  • Adjust and edit a portrait with Neural Filters.
  • Learn how to save and export images for various print and digital outputs

PC’s with the Adobe software will be available for use but we encourage students to bring their own devices if they have downloaded the latest versions of Adobe software
