Join the Enviro Collective to learn about your rights at protests, and how to safely fight for the social issues that keep you awake at night. Climate change, am I right!?  We are going on strike for the Climate on May the 21st at 10:30 outside Building 1 and want you all to feel empowered to come along.

Prioritising your time

What to do when things come up

There is only so much time in a day and doing things to the best of your ability takes time. If you are expecting yourself to do too many things, you will not achieve the quality you might want. Prioritising what is most important for a certain time frame helps you do your best in these areas and reduces the chance of burn-out.

There are lots of different areas of your life to consider, but only so many places you can prioritise in certain time frames.

Bees wax wrap workshop

Come to this workshop and make your own bees wax wrap to take home. The workshop is between 11 am – 1 pm, and making a wrap takes about 10 minutes. These workshops are always super popular - book now to avoid disappointment.

batyr@UTS is a preventative mental health organisation run by UTS student volunteers. On the 28th of April we will be offering students the chance to make bracelets and have a chat with us. In the making of bracelets we will offer support and friendship, and provide an opportunity to listen to how students are feeling.

Your attitude toward studying, self-criticism, and negative thoughts can all work against your ability to cope with study and exams. Book a 10-minute session with a UTS counsellor to learn ways of managing, challenging, and overcoming unhelpful thinking that can get in the way of you doing your best on exams’
