The update you’ve been waiting for! During the summer break, over 200 new power points have been installed in UTS Central (Building 2) as part of a Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) funded initiative. It’s now easier than ever to charge your devices while you study in the informal learning spaces of UTS Central.
Plug in and study with a view
New power points have been installed along the glass windows that run parallel to Broadway on Levels 5, 6 and 7. Meaning you can now plug in from almost every single study desk in the building.
Say goodbye to that daunting feeling of running low on battery in the middle of a study session and having no access to a power point
Keep your devices charged while you study
If you’ve forgotten your charging cable and want to power up, head to UTS Library on Level 7 and pick up a cable for your phone, laptop or smart device. You can hold onto it for up to 24 hours but make sure to check it out at a borrowing machine first!
Wireless charging stations are also available across the Library.
