Systematic reviews: the search process

Fri, 6 October 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Online

Following a systematic search process is an essential part of conducting a systematic or scoping review. This workshop outlines the steps involved in conducting a comprehensive search strategy and offers some tips around the record-keeping that goes hand-in-hand with systematic searching.

It is highly recommended, if you are not already familiar with search techniques, that you should also attend our literature searching workshops.

Audience:

Staff, Higher Degree Research Students (e.g. PhD and Master's by research), coursework students (Honours)

Note: This workshop is part of a series covering literature searching and Systematic Reviews and is best suited for those that have some experience with database searching and are already familiar with systematic and scoping reviews. If you are completely new to database searching and systematic reviews, we recommend also attending our Introduction and Advanced Literature Searching workshops as well as our Introduction to Systematic Reviews workshop before attending this one.

Best suited for those that have some experience with database searching and are planning to undertake a systematic or scoping review.

This session is facilitated by the UTS Library Scholarly Services team.
