For National Reconciliation Week 2023, UTS Library are partnering with Koori Kinnections to bring you a series of drop-in sessions centred around this year's Reconciliation Week theme: Be a Voice for Generations.
No registration required. Simply drop in anytime between 12pm and 3pm to sit, chat, draw and listen.
What to expect
Learn more about National Reconciliation Week, the upcoming Voice to Parliament referendum and ponder on what it might mean to bring reconciliation to your everyday life.
Chat with representatives from Koori Kinnections during the drop-in sessions, which will cover:
- knowledge sharing of local Indigenous culture,
- a "don't ask that" Q&A discussion where you can have your questions about Australian Indigenous culture answered in a safe and judgement-free space,
- mindful colouring-in activities.

National Reconciliation Week runs from Saturday, 27 May to Saturday 3 June, 2023 and is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
This year's theme encourages all Australian to be a voice for reconciliation in tangible ways in our everyday lives - where we live, work and socialise.
