In this workshop you will learn to:
- unpack your assignment question and turn it into a search
- identify what literature you need for your assignment
- identify appropriate Library databases to find high-quality and relevant materials
- be strategic with your searches and get the best results from a search every time (no more browsing through thousands of results)
- develop habits that will make writing your assignment easier like keeping track of your resources to easily refer back to them later.
We suggest you bring your own device, such as a laptop or tablet, to get the most out of this workshop if you are attending in person. A limited number of computers are available.
